About Me
My name is Ron Harel, I'm 22 from Zippori, Israel, and I love words! Especially when using them to tell and explore meaningful stories.
As a writer and journalist covering fashion, film, pop culture and the Middle East, I challenge myself to explore how these areas connect and aim to choose my words creatively, boldly, and carefully, to express connections in my surroundings and highlight the cultures and ideas that shaped me. By doing so, I also learned that stories should be delivered with empathy and integrity.
My work has been published in Frogi Magazine, NewRivista, The Detroit Jewish News, Washtenaw Jewish News, NU&Detroit, and the social media channels of CAMERA on Campus.
